Cardio Kick
In Cardio Kick you will kick, punch, elbow and knee your way to a more
sculpted, and leaner physique. In our classes you will build strength,
burn fat, increase stamina, and build confidence by working out to the
beat of heart pumping music.
Healthy Ontario states that this is “one workout that appeals
to people of all ages and fitness levels”. It further
reiterates that a Cardio Kickboxing program reduces fat, relieves
stress, and strengthens the heart.
