Thai/Kickboxing

We are now practicing our original Thai/Kickboxing program. It is a European style that has been made popular by the K-1 kickboxing Events that began in 1993. There are many Great Fighters that practice this style including:
Bas Rutten, Peter Aerts , Branko Cikatic, Semmy Schilt, Ernesto Hoost , to mention a few.

Although its popularity has been very strong in the past 15 years, European Kickboxing has been practiced for a very long time. If you want to discover a sport that pits the planet's best contact martial arts experts against one another in combat, then look no further: You'll discover all the drama and thrills you can handle in the world of K-1 Kick Boxing, the king of fighting sports.

European Kickboxing fuses centuries of tradition from martial arts such as karate, kung fu, tae kwon do and kickboxing into a thoroughly modern and electrifying spectator sport. The K-1 rules are designed to allow fighters from different disciplines to meet and compete on an even playing field.

Honor and respect rule in our style of kickboxing, there is no grappling or wrestling, instead, combatants draw on their finely-honed skills to deliver the clean punches and kicks that make this the most sophisticated and advanced fighting sport in the world today. This is where you will find the finest stand-up fighters fighting for the distinction of being crowned the best of the best.
